Celebrating 10 years of creativity

On May 20th, 2022…
We celebrated our 10th Anniversary at our annual gala and raised over $65,000 to continue to inspire the children of Orange County with creativity through upcycling and STEAM. It was a wonderful evening spent toasting all that we have accomplished since our founding and our three honorees for their dedication and service to our mission.
We honored our founder, Peter Chang, with the “Visionary Award” for his paradigm-changing idea to address the ongoing creativity crisis; our “Corporate Partner of the Decade,” Edwards Lifesciences, for their commitment to supporting our organization over the past ten years; and our “Material Partner of the Year,” Diamond Mattress, for their dedication to keeping excess materials out of landfills and into the hands of children for creativity-enhancing programs. We are especially grateful to Edwards Lifesciences, who hosted the event at their gorgeous new headquarters in Irvine!
